This meditative walk will offer participants the opportunity to reflect upon the energies and properties of Earth, Water, Air and Fire, whilst exploring Helston on a contextual meditative journey through time and space.
Native New Yorker and yogini Julia Collura will take you through the backstreets and gardens of Helston with pauses at some key sites where she will guide you through a series of meditations and breathwork and an asana or two, using readings from poetry and literature to enable participants to connect with their individual nature and embrace the renewing energies of Spring.
Open to all, this two hour walk will begin at ‘The Sunken Garden’ and end at CAST with savasana (final relaxation) and a head massage using essential oils.
Participants are kindly requested to bring along a cushion or small blanket to sit on.
